Yup, it's pretty easy to get a hold of though. For anyone who can't afford a rx, try melatonin.

Basically what everybody said. To get back on a normal schedule, just don't go to sleep one night, and go to bed at a reasonable time the next night. Set your alarm at like 9-10 A.M. the next day, and you should be fine.

If you can get away with not using sleeping pills, try to. Ambien has some crazy side effects, something I wouldn't want to take every night. Plus, you might become dependent on them to sleep, which wouldn't be good either.

Its not that it makes you "That" tired.

The lights mess with you. Really bad.

Im going to see my Dr about it Friday. We will see what he says.

If I can I want to just take it until I get my body back on a normal sleep schedule, then stop taking it. When I try to go to sleep at a good time, like 10pm, I fall asleep for about an hour then Im up until about 8am, when I force myself to try to sleep again.

I lay in bed for about an hour before I finall fall asleep again. Then I sleep until like 3-4pm. Its just a bad cycle.

When you're sleep schedule is this out of whack, sometimes something drastic has to be done. Be it stay awake for a full 24 hours so you force you're physical and emotional states to be tired. If aren't on the schedule to be able to do that, then medicine is sometimes the only other choice.

Word of caution, the first time I took it, I became VERY dependent on it. You have to be very careful towards the end of the bottle or the end of your period of usage.

Man, you don't need ambien for that.

Go to walmart, buy Night Time Sleeping Aid. It works wonders. Doesn't have the "high effect" of ambien but makes you fall asleep pretty easy. Always good to eat after you take it.

Theres also some other thing a doctor can give you, that feels similar to the Night time sleeping Aid stuff, but it makes you feel real groggy in the morning.

Also, ambien will do that also. But that med Im talking bout wont.

Try the one I said first, its cheaper, and easier.
