AT&T. The CM alpha build just needs the top three lines of the install package rewritten to push. I know XDA has a few links to the alpha for specific devices. Kit Kat is fast, man.

Grrr jealous!. I almost bought one, but nobody local wanted a BNIB 32GB GS4 for 425 with three extra batteries, a case, and external charger. Cheap fucks in Los Angeles, I swear. Only got one offer...for 340...hence why I'm running the GS4 now.
