Am i missing somthing

I have been searching for an amp to run my fronts 150-200 rms x2 at 4 ohm .... the price differences are huge..... are there qualities in the amp besides rms that make this such a posibility... ???? i maily look at THD and RMS... are there other qualities that allow companies like

ZAPCO 1,000.00 for the 150rms x2 at 4 ohm and BOSTON around $750.00 to be so much higher that a JL300.2 costing 350.00 for 150rms x 2 at 4 ohm.... and all around the same THD within .015 of each other
