Was it cold or at least cool to the touch when you discovered it this mroning? If so then you are fine. Food can be left in the temperature danger zone typically for 4 hours before it is no good anymore. Since it was frozen adn stayed at least cold for awhile then you should be ok.

it was room temp when I found it this morning. thats why I'm worried

Don't worry. It's wrapped in sterile plastic and has only been given enough time to thaw to room temperature. Perfectly good.
