Alumapro Alchemy MX

It's power rating is based on how much power they can handle while not in an enclosure and running pink noise. Alumapro runs their tests at night and if it's still chugging away in the morning, that's what it's rated at.

Unfortunately, those subs really aren't worth much. Maybe $75 shipped. Not a lot of people know about them and they don't look to impressive when you scan the specs. Having owned several Alumapro subs in the past, I can vouch that they're built extremely well and make phenomenal SQ subs. Put a bunch in a wall and hook them up to a puny 500w and they'll shake the Earth. Very efficient woofers.
