My vote would be do the sound deadening first and do it right and worry about the other upgrades later. You can piss away money on cheap deadening products and eventually end up installing the good stuff anyway or just install the good stuff the first time.

my friend got this pink stick on stuff from a roofing company his friend's used to work at. it is pretty thick stuff and deadens very good. he wants to get more but they don't work there anymore. can't remember what it was called. no smell either and was pretty cheap!!

I say buy RAAMAT, use it sparingly on where you need it most, sell the left overs on here, so you pay for what you use. I.E. buy a roll for 100, use half of it, sell it for 50
