Alpine's new CDA-9813 looks promising!

Yeah, I'll probably go with the 9815 once it is available. I stopped by a stereo shop tonight after the gym and they already have the new Kenwoods for 2003 but none of the Alpines. :-\

One would think that they would have released them by now. Oh well. I guess I'll stare at an empty hole in my dash until the new Alpine stuff comes out.

Er, wait... I've got an old Clarion that doesn't play CDs anymore but the radio is still good. Woohoo! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

hahaahaha, nice

yes, they do have motorized faces, at least the 9815 n 13 do i believe.

do you guys know how much would they retail at? like at ikesound, ebay, thezeb or places like that? i love the new 9815, it's sweet looking, n silver:D but $500 for a hu is too expensive.

Well ****. Crutchfield has pushed back the availability date for the CDA-9815 to March 31st. There's no way I am going to wait that long. I guess I will order the 9813 and maybe return it before my 30-day grace period is over, then trade up to the 9815.

This stumpy old Clarion I have in the dash right now just is not going to cut it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I just got word from Crutchfield that the CDA-9813 is now shipping! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Too bad for them, I cancelled my backorder and ordered a CDA-9815 for $25.00 more from a guy I've dealt with numerous times in the past. Crutchfield wants $100 more for the 9815, so I figure I got a good deal. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
