Alpine's i-personalize question

i recently bought a alpine cda-9815 and i cannot get the hu to download the customized settings that i made on the web site. after burning the cd and trying to download my hu says "no file" i tried formating the cd first and no formating, nothing works. any help would be great. thanks

Where did you get the i-personalize info on the 9815? I can't find it anywhere.

i saw another person on this site used the other top end radio as a substitute and he said it worked fine.

I tried that method a couple different ways and couldn't get it to work. Guess we have to wait for the site to update.

Same deal. Tried to use the file for the CDA-7998 and it said "No Support".

I heard around April 1 is when the iPersonalize option should be on line for the 9815.
