i tried calling alpine today and no luck...no email either....im kinda angry

I was blown away when I called rockford fosgates tech line..

a real person answered! not a freakin computer and the real person was able to help me and was really kind about it.

You will have better luck with them if you call them, and not e-mail. It takes them a while to answer, but be persistant they will eventually pick up the phone, and actually some of thier tech guys know what they are talking about.

Called, it was a **** recording. Alpine has crappy customer service.... wow...
