They will not honor a warranty from any non-authorized retailer. You should probably try and work things out with who you purchased the subs from, as they sold you a defective product.

most companies don't honor claims for products that were bought from non-authorized dealers. whereever you bought it from should have some sort of warranty that they offer on their own.
