alpine vs. kicker

you need D2 subs. wire to 2ohm.

Ok I'm going with the alpines. Could I wire them down to 1ohm. .5 ohm a sub. On a kicker 1000.1

a l7 is going to sound better then two type r's on a 1000.1 IMO as i have run that setup before

Well I bought the type r's. If that kicker 1000.1 isn't good then what would be better? I have a 300$ limit on a amp. And could someone email me some box diagrams for two alpine type r1222d and it will be going in the back of a 2001 mistubishi eclipse .....thanks oh email sundownmaalpine@aol.com
