Alpine Vs. Kicker

I'm getting some coaxial speakers for front but dont know wicth one between this:

Kicker DS60 or Alpine SPS170A

they would be with a 75X4@4ohm amp.

i had those alpine co-axil speakers. They are nice if you can find them for 50 bucks or so. I wasnt impressed on the bass just because if you would want to turn up the volume it really seemed like they were about to break. The tweeter was also a bit harsh. this is just my word on this. I think that if you already have an amp that you try to save up for some more money and get components. I bought the type S and was hungry for more after a little bit. If your stuck with co axil then i guess the best thing to do is listen to which one you like the most. thats it.

I also thought about those two and chose the alpine, didnt regret it. Had two pair runnin off my HU and they sounded good, proly woulda sounded alot better runnin off an amp.
