Alpine V12 MRVF407 To JL Audio W7 12'', Doesnt Work, Help Me!

I have an alpine v12 mrvf407 amp and 2 12" JL Audio W7s. Now wen the guy first installed them professionally, they were both hitting hard and nice. A smooth deep sound.
