Alpine UTE-52BT or ???

i've been out of the game so long. i am wondering what HU to pick up so i go back to what i think i use to remember. Alpine / Pioneer / Kenwood excelon

Heres what i need

USB - SIRIUS XM - BLUETOOTH and i have maybe 160 to spend.

the unit i found is the Apline UTE Alpine UTE-52BT Digital media receiver at Crutchfield.com

any thoughts on this unit or a unit of similar price.
