Alpine TYpe R 6.5" Coaxials

OK, so my previous speakers were Kicker DX60's and the type R's are a huge upgrade. Right now, i am running off a HU and the sq difference is very noticeable. The tweeters on the type R's are very clear. They handle rock music way better than the kickers ever did. The midbass of the HU is clear, but not very punchy. I know this isnt much of a review because i am running them off a HU, but i can say i am very happy with the speakers and the tweeters and midbass have excellent sq.
