Alpine TME - M780 Headrest screens missing control box

Hey guys, my first post here.

I just bought a used truck and it came with a Alpine IVA-W205 deck and a couple of Alpine TME - M780 screens mounted in the headrests. The screens both have a black cord coming out of them that are not connected to anything. Through some research I think I am missing the AV Control box that should have come with them. Is there any way I can purchase the control box separately? Are there any other things I could use in its place?

The connections on these cords is not anything I have seen before and probably needs to connect to something Alpine specifically.

I see that one. I am a little suspicious of anything outside of the country. Should I be worried about buying something from Lithuania?

finding those will be very hard, out of the US is probably your best bet - where they sold more frequently. at that price, you have little risk.
