Alpine takes care of its costomers...

some of you may remember me posting about some 5.25" alpine comps i bought off ebay that the tweeters are dead. well i talked to a guy named chuck at alpine and he said just send in whatever not working and they will fix it (didnt ask for me to send reciept). well i sent in the crossovers and the tweeters and two weeks went by without hearing a word. i called them up and they didnt have them!!!

well they spent the day looking for them as it turns our the small box i sent them in was missplaced. they found it and said they will ship my stuff out immediately. well i have been waiting awhile for these tweeters and crossovers and UPS arrived today...... with a box the size of my monitor........ for some tweeters and crossovers?

open the box and BANG! a new set of this years alpine Type-R components.....

BAM!!! ebay bad experience gone!

this was only my second bad buy from Ebay out of about 30 purchases.

so i am happy!!

yes the customer support at Alpine is pretty damm good..kinda same story just my x-overs blew*bought the comps off ebay aswell*didnt ask a single thing just send em in so maybe ill get some new comps aswell lol

hmm, well that is very good to hear, Alpine is a top-notch company in my books. Even being so **** big, they can still have great customer service/satisfaction, you don't see that much nowadays.
