I currently have a JL Audio 10W1V2 in a .6 sealed box. I am looking for more output while using the same box, since it fits perfect in my single cab small truck. Would this SWR-T10 be much of an upgrade?

What do you have for amplification? When swapping same size subwoofers without changing anything else, such as an enclosure, don't expect anything crazy.

I have a Kenwood 600.1. It pushes 300w RMS at 2 ohm.

Personally, I have an Arc Audio Arc 10, and I'm content. It's being used in .7cubes sealed with ~300rms from 20-70hz. Not the most transparent subwoofer ever, but it is promising.

On the other hand, you seem concerned with SPL, which will be....let's say....perceptional with your power and sub size. Loud enough for one person may not be for another.

The .6 is before the sub was dropped in. It's a pretty small box.
