this is the only pic i have right now. it's a bandpass to where you can adjust the baffle for different tuning. i'm gonna make another one (with the right tools) in a few weeks when i get another type r. i could make a workblog if you'd like?

heres where i got the plans:http://www.decware.com/dbk10.htm

dude why not get a 12????

theres like a $10 difference...

if you really want the 10 go a head but hell for an extra $10 for a 12, why the hell not????

sure you gotta give alittle more room but IMO its worth the extra $10 and .5-1 cube of air for the extra output

Does nobody fucking search anymore? Or even read the forums? If someone can't figure out what Type R's are like without making a thread, they are an idiot.

I was just trying to get a personal opinion. Have a problem with it then dont read the post.

well bud, the first question is did you read a thread at the very top that titles:

The Official Type R Thread

it has 2664 replies

and if you did, you'd realize just how they sound, within 2664 replies, if there isn't a single post on how they sound, may god strike me dead with a lighting strike...

as far as power goes, if you read the post, you'd see that depending on if you got a dvc 2 ohm or 4 ohm, then that will determind if you need a amp that is 1 ohm stable or 2 ohm stable...and if you read the post, you'd see that they can take anywhere from 500 rms up to 1000rms if you know what you are doing
