I’m going to add the Sirius Sir-Alp1 to my Alpine CDA-9830. I have the basic remote but according to the instruction manual the 4190 remote will allow me to punch up stations directly from the remotes numeric key pad. Anyone using it, dose it work like that? I think that will be much easier than flipping the up or down arrow on my current (basic) Alpine remote. But I’ve never had that many stations to flip thru. Let me know.

Thanks.
