alpine power pack

Sorry, I am new here. What do you mean by "destroyed your car's electrical"? I haven't seen any tests of these powerpacks but I couldn't image them being that significant.
they dont draw that many amps, i would recommend a thicker 12v constant (yellow wire) and a thicker ground......because before i replaced my friends the illumination on the hu used to dim.

ran 12 gauge power and ground and it took care of problem i bet even 14 would be fine.

as in my car turned off when i was at a stoplight. people were hating on me at the stoplight after that. i was also talking about a pioneer 4 channel amp that did that to my car not the power pack. it was not a very efficient amp

Really? Its plug and play. Last time I checked most amps werent plug and play. They required running power, grounds, speaker wire, fusing, etc.
The OP said "i need more power to my speakers and can't install another amp without doing way more"

I assume there is already on amp installed.. so running new power wires is probably unnecessary. I'd buy a knukonceptz fused 3-way power and ground distribution blocks with the necessary wires ($50 shipped? Expensive? maybe, but the product is nice IMO). This should be trivial to install.. Mounting/securing the amplifier could take some more time but this doesn't need to be done immediately. Add $120 or so for a 'budget' 4-channel amplifier.. total cost: around $170.. powerpack costs $100.. yes $70 could be saved with powerpack.. at the expense of lousy sound reproduction..
