Alpine PLV-7

I was thinking of putting one of those in my truck (06' Ford F150 Reg Cab) right smack in the center and removing the center console. What do u guys think & has anybody ever heard the system in an actual vehicle?

I haven't heard them personally but my friend said he checked them out as CES and thought they had pretty nice sound for their size. I would like to try one out myself.

Im pretty sure it should pound inside the small space of that reg cab as oppose to my old current system.
