Alpine PDX channel 1 is'nt working

I've had this amp (Alpine PDX 2.150) for about 2 years now and it has been running strong the whole time. But the other night it randomly started cutting out on the left side (channel 1) but the right side still worked great. I moved the channel 1 to the channel 2 and the driver side started working but the passenger side didn't. So I checked all my grounds re-did all the wires and tried again. Same thing. I check all my fuses they are all fine. Checked the cross-overs, they are fine as well. But the weird thing is this, if I switch it to play only the left side on channel 1 (balance) completely to the left i can still very faintly hear it but it sounds distorted and if I turn it up all the way it will randomly start working again but it distorts horribly. I took the amp apart and it doesnt look like there are any burn marks or anything. So I don't know what to do guys.
