Which subs would b the best overall?

type e's and s's are not very good subs, very low power low excursion subs = low output...

get something like an adire audio tempest or a pair of shivas or something

He already said either Audiobling or Hifonics.

Of the options listed, go with the Alpine Type-S's and the Hifonics amp. Audiobahn's may get louder, but they are pieces of crap.

But, as someone mentioned, there are other good options. Adire Shiva. RE Re's and Se's. Soundsplinter RL-i's. Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection series. Just food for thought

SPL stands for Sound Pressure Level, and is often equated to ability of a system to attain maximum loudness. Hence, an SPL setup.

SQ stands for Sound Quality, I think that one's self explanatory.

SQL is a mixture of the two aforementioned.. someone looking for an SQL setup would want uncompromising sound as well as the ability to get nice and loud.
