Alpine MRV-T757 and MRV-F407...any thoughts good or bad?

Just wanted to get some feedback on these 2 Alpine amps. Alpine MRV-T757 and MRV-F407. They are from the 2001 lineup and I am thinking of using the 4-channel F407 to power some Boston Pro 6.5 Component speakers in the front and rear of my 03 VW Jetta GLI and the 2-channel to power 2 Boston LF 8.5 Pro Subwoofers in separate boxes in the trunk. My deck is a Alpine CDA-9835 Thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

I personally owned a 757 and now own a 1507. The 757 was a little beast. Power to spare, and i never did get it to clip hard at all. I like having a dad with an oscilloscope. Anyways. Both are a bit current hungry... but underrated and have such clean power youll have an eargasm when hooked up to decent speakers.

sounds like a nice setup...i dont know the exact models...but alpine makes pretty decent stuff...im sure u wont be disapionted

Usually can't go wrong with Alpine amps. Very solid.

i had an Alpine MRV-F407... loved it.. nice amp at all
