Alpine MRD-M1000 problem

The amp gives me the E-3 error msg. which is the high current msg...Where do i start checking??? Thanks

no cause I turn it off then back on and works......The goes to E-3 msg after a while

what subs and voice coils? what electrical upgrades (or if stock what kind of car)?

Fixed it, one speaker wire was off at the sub...Was not running 2ohm like it should have!

I am running a DVC Infinity 12dvq, one of the speaker wires came off at the Sub, therefore it was not running at 2ohms so the amp was receiving excessive current because of!
