Complete, brand new, in the package. Has never even been out of the packaging. There is a tear in the paper on the front of the box, from removing a price tag that was attached to it. Never got to install it, my faceplate came up missing.

Compatibility is up to you. It is an Ai-Net device, but does not come with any type of compatibility guide.
