got this from sprint as an upgrade to my old treo 800w that I guess they cant replace anymore, not really a fan, 

the screen is mint still has plastic on it, the side has one slight mark on the grey. The unit has a hacked WM6.5 energy rom on it now, but I can easily turn it back to the original as its unlocked

 

the unit was refurbished when I got it, but the good thing the original manufacture date/warranty runs through april 2010

 

and if you have sprint, you know how important that date its lol

 

check the forums, I guess the are upgradeding these to touch pro 2, depending on the location if they happen to break..that depends on you of course lol

 

 

anyway I have the phone, usb cord, headphones, and car charger
