Hey all,

Shorter version for those familiar with the unit (more detail below)

Alpine IVA-W200 Double DIN DVD Media Center for your car/plane/rv. It is roughly 9 months old and in exceptional condition. I’d call it a 9.5 in condition and a 10 in performance. There is nothing really cosmetically wrong with the unit, but I did install it and use it for a few months – so it just can’t be a ten. I have never had any problems with this unit – it functions flawlessly. It will come in original packaging with a manual – and I may even have a spare manual.

The price is $540 shipped to your door in the continental U.S. I am its only owner… a 45 year old man who takes very good care of his equipment and also values his reputation. I have plenty of references available upon request and my Ebay rating is 100% with 19 sales/purchases. Verified Paypal is strongly preferred method of payment. It will come in the original box and will have the original manual. I’ll package it very well, but I still suggest insurance, but that too will come at a minimal extra charge (just whatever the carrier asks).

Additional goodies include: (1) Wireless remote, (1) Full speed ipod interface ($30ish when bought); (1) PAC Steering wheel interface ($40ish) and (1) PAC 7 Trigger module ($30ish) that allows you to play videos even when the vehicle’s parking brake is not engaged. The rectangular shaped trim piece that slide over the unit to give the installation a finished look broke when I tried to trim it to fit my dash. It’s a $10 part online and easy to find AND I made a nice black stained oak trim piece to replace it that I will throw in as well. If you prefer, I will find the exact place that sells that part and order it for you then have it shipped to your door.

If you are very interested, I prefer to talk on the phone to answer questions about the unit, and I think that way you can get all the answers the first time around. Just drop me an email and give me a good time to call please. Here is a link to the Crutchfield site which always has a lot of information: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-vj47QtrXS4S/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?I=500ivaw200&search=ivaw200

Please contact me directly at jim.hickerson@sbcglobal.net Sometimes I do not get to check back on all the forums. The email address above is also my paypal address. The next owner will be the person who has a payment made first… if you can not pay via paypal, contact me directly.

Thanks much for looking – its been a great player for me and I know it will make someone else happy for many years!

Here is one shot for now - its dusty in this shot but the screen is in very good shape overall - nothing on it that can not be wiped off. I use a product called Plexus that is a "space aged plasitc cleaner developed by NASA - and even aside from that, it works very nicely!:

MORE DETAILED INFORMATION

The IVA-W200 is a dual DIN sized Alpine DVD player with a built in 6.5" touch screen. It includes a 4x45 peak (4x18rms iirc) watt internal amp that has never been used. On the rear, it has 3 pair of RCA outputs - front rear and sub. It even has an TOS link Digital optical output in addition to the normal aux inputs and outputs, the unit includes a DUAL ZONE FEATURE. This allows you to actually have video monitors and head sets in the rear for the kids - so they can watch a video or maybe even play a game, while you listen to your favorite music at normal volumes in the front!

I had too much text - but http://www.crutchfiled.com and search w200 will take you to a ton of information!
