Alpine IVA-D106 not recognizing videos on my iPod

So I have the bypass for the unit and I can watch DVDs while I'm driving. But when my iPod is plugged in only music will come up on the menu. Currently I have 1 video on my 80gb Video iPod and thats quantum of solace. I can't find my manual for it either. Any ideas?
