Alpine iva-200 and stock cd changer 2003 denali ..help please!

Ok here's the deal had a shop butcher my truck and rip me off a few years back.. I think they just bypassed the whole factory Bose system and ran wires straight to my amps and speakers no special harness or anything.. Steering controls on star and CD changer never worked anymore I didn't really care but now. My deck is dead kinda won't read disc anymore I think the lens is bad going to order a new one and try to replace it or have somebody do it....

Now for what I need help with. Is there anyway I can hook the factory disc changer up to the deck without a 100 dollar wiring harness>? No music ***** just looking for some kinda fix while I wait on parts any help is appreciated before I rip this dash apart
