Hi everyone,

I recently had an ALPINE INE-f409E head unit installed. I have tried to find any firmware and Map updates for the navigation system. there are no updates on the Alpine Australia website or on https://www.naviextras.com. Believe it or not, there is no way to contact Alpine Australia and Alpine Asia's contact page is broken.

Does anyone know if this head unit was known by another model number?
Could I install map updates for a different head unit and it still work okay?
