Alpine Imprint Tuning question

Im in the process of upgrades; currently I have Alp CDA 9887, MB Quart Q216 front, Discus out back & an old Audiobahn flame Q sub. JL HD600 for the components and an Eclipse for the sub.

Upgrades are, getting rid of the Titanium Quart TwTs up front (too harsh for me) and replacing with CDT DRT 26S silks (but will be keeping the MB Quart QSD 216 Xover). Replacing the Discus in the rear with CDT CL 69CX 6x9's. Front & rear powered by JL HD600.

Have not chosen sub yet but have JL HD750/1

In additon to the front I will be installing the CDT 526 XTSAT Stagefront system.

So mt question is shuold I do the audio tune with the imprint PXA100 before or after adding the Stagefront equipment/ It seems to me that if I tune with the stagefront installed the time corrections may not optimized since those TwTs are up high on the "A: pillars and the component twts are next to the 6.5 Quarts in the door?
