ALpine Imprint tuner initial settings.

I have some Focal KRX2 components with a few settings on the x-over boxes I need to set correctly before an Imprint tune. My first tune is mid sharp bad with imprint. I think maybe because I have the x-over boxes set to mid high instead of mid flat? Also I put the tweeters at -3 so that I can go 0 or -6 depending on the resulting tune. Does this sound right? Not happy with the sharp mids and I am using the Reference curve with med compensation that seems to pull some mid out? Thanks for any tips.
