alpine ida-100 or ida-x001 which one is better i cant tell

x100 will work the imprint and I don't think the x001 will. Correct me if I am wrong here.

will you notice any difference between the 2v and 4v preouts

Depending on how big of a setup you are running. I recently upgraded my amp and subs and was disappointed at the lack of increase and I fully blame my pre outs!
