Alpine i-personalize?

Reading the user manual for my alpine 9833, it gave me instructions to go to alpine-usa.com and I can download setting to use on the deck, just have to burn it onto a cd.

Has anybody found out where on their website these downloads are? Help would be appreciated.

using the i-personalize on the alpine is a pain unless you know about the different frequencies of the speakers and all of that good stuff.

i can't seem to download the info into my HU. When i click download, under the menu section, it says it cannot find file.

it's lame.... In the beginning i used it to learn what different things I could adjust and how I could adjust them on my deck.

but this was back when i had a 9815 and the display was minimal and confusing so the ipersonalize really helped until i memorized where everything is...

but what a lame tool.. i can't believe they market it the way it is its so half ass.

I've never used the iPersonalize, and find it easier to just adjust your settings from the HU, and also saves you a blank CD-R.
