Alpine Cva-1005 Low Sound Help

just hooked up my alpine cva-1005 and i can hear the music but real low with volume all the way up like speaker wires are touching but there not no were my other hu works fine but this one is real low i hope when i hook up rca's it changes since i am running all my mids off amps anyway but i am still wondering why this is doing this?

i switched the little switch on bottom of brain but just made it go silent all together any help?

If you have amps your gains could be down? Or ATT or MUTE could be one? i dunno

fixed it it was the inline sound thing that helps to clear sound up works great now
