Near mint. Purchased from BestBuy on 1/12/13 for a total of $149.53. I've only put 3,000 miles on my car since then, so it's been hardly used and is as close to new as you're gonna get. Some tiny scratches on plastic face around volume nob (from normal use). Nothing you can see. Comes with all manuals and original accessories (and receipt).
Note: I did manage to lose the mic mount, but I had it run up my dash in the corner and didn't need it. You won't either.
