Alpine CDE-102 or CDA-105

Hey all, need some help, i'm tossing up between the Alpine CDE-102 and CDA-105 head units.

I'll only be running 2 front speakers, sub and amp

kind of leaning towards the CDA-105 due to the 24-Bit DAC if that makes any difference to sound quality? i will mainly be playing mp3 files, does the 24-Bit DAC make any difference?

Any opinions/suggestions?

I'm looking for the same answer. I just bought a cde 102 but i'm now wondering if I should of gotten the cda 105 instead. It seems like it does everything the 102 but more. Is there any differences between iphone connectivity?
