Alpine CDA-9887 with Imprint

How does Imprint compare to the tuning provided by a Rockford 360.2 or to the Eclipse 7200? I am between these 3 options, and if Imprint offers all of the tuning of the 360.2, I think that is the way I will go, otherwise I will go with either the 3060.2 or the 7200.

I don't know what tuning option is in 360.2 but imprint will work after 360.2 , it will adjust the sound according to car measures and speaker response.

Imprint is supposed to make your car sound perfect. Literally. It auto tunes everything, crossover, eq, t. correction, and levels. It also unlocks standard bass/treble feature while MultEQ is turned on.

Unless of course you get a shitty tuning, like me. Make sure if you get the 9887 and get it tuned to have them mount the speaker on a Camera tripod and at ear level in each seat. My shop just stuck it in front of the speaker.. not good.

Yea, imprint looks pretty crappy IMHO, definitely have eliminated it from my choices.
