In very good condition functionally and physically. A couple of small scratches near scroll buttons and does not cover any of the readouts. Missing cage and manual. Comes with wire harness, remote, case. One of my favortite decks. Serve as a backup to my CDA-9887.

whats so special about these models? i see em going for a pretty penny.. Idk why the 7897 were special i had one and thought it was mediocre.. i bought it for 80 sold for 165 cuz i saw people liked em??

alot of people say it was the last quality HU alpine made. can go fully active with it.

I really love this deck...more than my current CDA-9887. Just need quick money at the moment. I really like the tilt face, color variations, display, and sound. I use my iphone for music often and I do not have room for the large ipod adaptor since I drive an S2000.
