alpine cda-7998 scrambled screen?

I have a cda-7998 and out of no where today the screen started to kind of stretch..like the numbers and names faded and the everything comes in blurry and stretched..do you know what this could be from and if it is a fix from anyone?

try holding Power and pressing 4

at least on my alpine it gives a screen pattern test or something...

but i think something screwed on your hu, but try this before sending it to fix

will alpine fix this problem? bc that didnt work and no my screen is pretty much completely black

yeah its borked or something, you cant fix it...

send it to the authorized... thats too bad being a one hell of a head unit and the top of line non-f1 Alpine deck...

Alpine has a flat fee of $95 to fix decks, in case you have to go that route.

****..do you know how quick the turn around is on them shipping the unit back?
