I have a used but good condition Alpine CDA-7893 for sale. I hate to sell it, It is by far my favorite unit I have ever owned, but money is tight. It has the 3 way tilt screen, 4 volt preouts, 60x4 power, will come with a case, harness and sleeve. I am looking for 120 shipped, otherwise will take trades for a newer alpine 9886/9887 or a higher end eclipse, obviously with cash on my end

to the best of my knoledge the only ones that were "phantom face" were the 7897 and the 7998 which were the larger retracting units. This one does have the 3 way adjust like them, but its not one of the phantom face decks

Can you control an iPod with this unit?

this deck is pre ipod interface. It does have and AUX port on the back where you can just get the cable and control things using the ipod itself.. does that make sense?
