Alpine CDA-105 iPod connectivity issues

hey guys just picked up a used Alpine CDA-105 with the correct Alpine KCU440I cord can't seem to get it to read my iPod. Any suggestions would be very helpful

Mine works on my iphone 6 plus, I use the apple cord plugged into the back of the unit. Maybe try a different cord.

Can't use the correct cord it says to buy for it apparently. I just used an Apple iPod cord direct to the back usb, works fine.

Glad it works now. Cords are a tricky business...I've been in a similar situation with an older Alpine...had to spend a good chunk of change to get it to connect to my iphone...the correct cable works great...others, not at all.
