alpine at repairing?

Just fried my mrd-m1005. Anyone ever have anything sent to Alpine? How long do they usually take to get amp fixed and back to me? Just wondering never dealt with this before.

I had to send an amp to Alpine. The fixed it, and got it right back to me. I think it took them like two and a half weeks.

may i ask how you fried it?..im in the market for one...just wanna know if its a good amp..or if its a broken amp waiting to happen.

I'm not too sure how it got fried...its under alpine's warranty....I think it was broken from the start because the fuse under the hood would melt every so often. The amp lasted about 6 months.
