Alpine amp

I have a chance to buy a Alpine MRV-F352 5 channel amp. I think the rating is 40wX4 into 4 ohms and 120 X1 into 4 ohms, but not sure. Also included in the deal is a JBL GT 1000D 10" Subwoofer Grand Touring Series (and box) and a pair of Pioneer Coaxial Two Way, TS-A4103 4x10 speakers (which I have no use for). For 160 bucks. I was wondering if this amp would work well with a pair of Polk Audio db Series db650 & a pair of db570, both sets are 60 watts RMS along with the JBL sub that is with the package. This is in a work car, not looking for a killer system, but one that does sound good. Thanks

Sounds pretty good to me, but are you going to use the sub?

yes I plan on useing the sub with the 120 watts. Wondering what everyone thought of this amp in this application. I am not looking for a killer system, I have a decent older system in my Suburban. 4 sets of Rockford Q Components, driven by a Rockford 800a4 @ 2 Ohms, pair of Oroins 4x6 against another Old Rockford bridged @ 2 ohms, and a rockford BD1000 on a Kicker LS7 15 inch.

Alpine amps are great. They are super reliable and sound very clean. I say go for it!
