Nah no trades and there is nothing there to move man just a hole..Also I have the trim ring just had to remove it as it wouldn't allow my dash to go back on it was pushing the dash out around it..

Darren or anyone else you can move the switch with a very small screwdriver you just have to slide the terminal the other way. I've seen quite a few have this broken before.
