Alpine 9884 / Zune compatibility..

My sister recently got a 9884 & it's all about iPod compatibility.. but she's got a Zune.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

you should be able to get a cable to plug in just any auxilliary source. it should be a standard 2.5mm headphone plug, plug it into the headphone port on the zune and go. you won't be able to control it on the head unit like an ipod, though.

Although the USB port will NOT control the zune, it will indeed charge it.

I sold my friend my 9886 (same deal as the 9884) and he has a zune. We hooked it up to the usb jack, and it didnt control it, but the zune did say it was charging.

We just had to use the Ai-net to auxillary to hear the sound.

ugh i just used the headphone to rca's and used it into my audio\video input on my avh-5700 and it dunn work.. :[
