Works great, came out of my Acura. I have the Sirius sat tuner, the Ipod adapter, and the deck, all complete. The deck also carries the remainder of the 4 year Best Buy warranty that I bought on it.

The sat tuner has no service, you'll have to subscribe yourself. It does have a new antenna with it though.
