Alpine 9851 vs Pioneer 760 Mp

Just a simple compairison, gunna buy one soon.

I played with the 9851 in a local shop, but it was on lock so I could not mess around with the EQ.

Looking for a good EQ, front, rear, and sub pre-outs, has to look nice, needs removable face for security reasons

Please give me a reason for making you suggestion. thanks guys

that alpine will sound alot better than that 760MP..........

excelertater do you have a reason why?? These units are very similar so I am having a tough descsion on which one to buy so I want reasons on why one is better than the other, THANKS

I have owned that 760mp,then it broke(RCA short,as per usualy Pio crap)

replaced it with Alpine,nice improvment!

If you want something with a better EQ step up to the 8600.

Much better than the 760

I just bought the CDA-9851 and I love it so far. It loads mp3 cds so fast, the sounds is crisp, and clear. This is compared to a sony hu that I had before though. I think I was choosing between those two as well, but in the end, the motorized face plate made me go with the alpine, it's pretty cool. The face place does come off to, there is a small black button on the left.

The 760 isn't anywhere near one Pioneers better decks. In fact, its one of their cheaper head units. Or are you talking about the 770?? The 770 is a better deck than the 9851 is. The 760 however does NOT match up to that Alpine.
